Neighborhood Yoga has been open for three weeks now.  Many of my students have returned to their mats with me, and we have picked up right where we left off.  I have missed teaching yoga more then words can even express, and I am so honored and touched that my students have missed what I have to offer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"   style="font-family:verdana;font-size:130%;"&gt;I have many new insights to unpack from this year away and I am filled with many new ideas and inspirations to share. I have really enjoyed practicing outdoors - in the mountains, on the beaches, and on the decks of Santosha. So I plan to host some classes outside of the studio, and even take you sailing with me! I will also be putting together several weekend retreats for 2012, that will be designed to assist you in reconnecting with nature. The first retreat will be held in New Mexico, Spring of 2012. Also there is a new Saturday classes that will be held once a month, in addition to the ongoing weekly classes.  In the Saturday class, we will be exploring Yin and Yang energies, for an extended time. We will meet for 2.5 hours for this very special practice.
